Mouse Click Sound Effect
Introduction
- This feature generates sound effects (sound) when the mouse is clicked.
- This feature is available from version 2.2.5 and later.
- This manual is based on version 2.2.5. There may be some differences compared to other versions.
Features
- You can generate click sounds when clicking the left, right, and middle mouse buttons, and individually configure whether or not to generate sound for each button.
- The click sound effect settings selected by the user are saved and will persist when the program is run again.
- Version 2.2.5 supports a total of 7 click sounds, and the variety will increase with future versions.
How to Use
- After running the Spot Mouse program, select [ Sound ] from the settings categories on the left.
- In the mouse click sound effect settings window on the right, configure settings for each button. To enable sound effects, check the checkbox. To disable sound effects, uncheck the checkbox.
- Once checked, select the sound type. There are 7 sounds in the combo box on the right; selecting a type applies it immediately, so you can test clicks right away and choose your preferred sound.
- Once your selection is complete, the settings are automatically saved. If you encounter an error where settings are not saved, click the [ Save Changed Settings Immediately ] button at the bottom of the window after making your selections.
Can Users Change the Click Sound?
- Yes, starting from version 2.8.1, released on June 17, 2024, we have added a feature that allows users to specify their desired sound effects.(User request)
